What is “LifeTeen” High School Ministry?
St. John Vianney is happy to announce a new resource for High School Ministry. Lifeteen is a Eucharist-centered movement within the Roman Catholic Church, Lifeteen leads teenagers and their families into a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ and His Church. With the Blessed Virgin Mary as our intercessor and guide, Lifeteen seeks to unleash the fullness of the Sacramental power present within the young Church.
Through powerful Eucharistic encounters and engaging catechesis Lifeteen (high school) teens are immersed in a dynamically Catholic parish culture. With St. John Vianney parish as our parish home, teens are then further strengthened by Service Trips, Retreats, Social events, and Nationwide Conferences. The goal of Lifeteen is to equip parishes with relevant, high quality resources to train Adult Core Team Members and “reach” today’s teens, and to create an environment where Catholic teenagers feel supported and engaged the other 167 hours a week, outside of Sunday Mass.
Who is High School Youth Ministry for?
